I can offer you and your partner 2 x 2 hour antenatal sessions to help prepare you for birth and postnatally. I am also able to attend antenatal appointments with you at an additional cost of £25 per hour.

Postnatal Support

Gentle, nourishing and consistent support as you rest, recover, and settle into life with your baby.
The postnatal period is a time of huge physical, emotional, and identity change. My role is to create a calm, supportive space around you, so you feel cared for, confident, and never alone as you navigate these precious early weeks.
How can I help?
Emotional support (space to talk, reflect and process your birth and early experience)
Feeding support (practical help and reassurance, signposting to professional services if needed)
Newborn care support (building confidence with your baby, nappy changing, bathing and soothing techniques and understanding newborn behaviour and cues)
Nourishment and home care (preparing meals, light household tasks)
Time for you (holding baby whilst you rest, shower or sleep)
Whole family support (supporting your partner in their role, or help with siblings and pets)
12 hours - £360
3 hours a week for 4 weeks
24 hours - £600
6 hours a week for 4 weeks
I am able to offer ongoing postnatal support beyond the packages on an individual basis that can be discussed upon booking. 3 hours minimum per session at £25 per hour.
