  • Recovery, rest, and emotional wellbeing

  • Feeding intentions and support

  • Visitor boundaries and support systems

  • Practical preparation for life with your newborn

  • Arrangements for family life (other children, pets, and any additional needs)

Ongoing Support (From Booking – 6 Weeks Postnatal)

You’ll have continuous support via text, phone, or email throughout your journey—whether you need reassurance, guidance, or simply someone to talk things through with.

On-Call Birth Support

  • On call from from 38-42 weeks (can be discussed)

  • Available 24/7 for when labour begins

Continuous Labour & Birth Support

From early labour through to after your baby arrives, I’ll be by your side providing:

  • Emotional reassurance and calm presence

  • Physical support (comfort measures, positioning, breathing techniques)

  • Advocacy and support with communication

  • Support for your birth partner

  • A steady, familiar face in your birth space

My role is to help you feel safe, heard, and supported—whatever path your birth takes.

Immediate Post-Birth Support

I’ll stay with you after the birth to help you settle into those first precious hours, supporting feeding, bonding, and your transition into parenthood.

Postnatal Support (2 x 2-hour visits)

In the early weeks after your baby arrives, I’ll visit you at home to offer:

  • Emotional support and space to reflect on your birth

  • Feeding support (however you choose to feed)

  • Reassurance with newborn care

  • Light practical help around the home

  • Time for you to rest and recover

For this time, help looks different for everyone. Although the above outlines some of what I can offer, if you have specific support ideas in mind I am always open to discuss. Some people want their chores being done, others want a moment of normality whilst their baby is held in a safe pair of arms.

I also offer nourishing treats or small care touches to support your recovery.
