ABOUT ME
Hi there, I'm Tilly.
I live in Exeter with my husband, two daughters, and our dog. Two years ago, the birth of my daughter completely changed my perspective on life. I'm in awe of the incredible and transformative journey of pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period. That's where my passion to become a doula began.
Having had my two daughters, with two completely different birthing experiences, I understand the importance of informed choice and understanding your options.

MY ROLE AS YOUR DOULA
I'm here every step of the way.
I'm here to guide you through the information you need to make informed decisions and feel empowered throughout pregnancy and birth. You, your partner, and your family can feel in control with the right knowledge.
I want to ensure you feel safe in whichever environment you choose. I'd feel honoured to be with you every step of the way, helping you ask the right questions and source the right information to support your choices. Of course, you always have the right to make your own decisions throughout this time.
Life with a baby is beautiful, chaotic, and at times challenging. I was lucky to have an incredible community of support around me postnatally, and I know how crucial that is for the well-being of yourself, your baby, your partner, and your relationships.
Postnatal life can feel lonely. I want to ensure you feel lifted and surrounded during this special time. By connecting closely along this journey with you and your family, we can be the best team together.
Congratulations on your journey to parenthood! I can't wait to meet you!
